For ages, I've had my eyes on these GORGEOUS brushes, and I'd seen both fantastic and unimpressed reviews online, and I was desperate to get my hands on them to see what they were really like.
My verdict? I love them. Not only because they cost £25 (reduced from £65) at Boots in the Christmas set and came with an adorable clutch, but also because they're super soft.
The 100 Arched Powder (gold) brush is RT's biggest brush head, and it is perfect for applying finishing powder, I could literally sweep it across my face all day long. The Tapered Blush brush (rose gold) has a really lovely shape with and unsymmetrical curved edge, which works brilliantly for blush application and bronzer alike. It gives a really lovely blurred soft finish, and if you're looking for a harsh contour, it would be good for that also, as the top has a slight point. My least favourite of the three is the 200 Oval Shadow eyeshadow brush (silver); don't get me wrong, I like it a lot and it literally makes me want to blend all day because it is so soft and it gives a nice light colour finish, but it doesn't apply with the intensity I like. If you saw my Naked Smoky review post (link here) you'll know how much I adore the brush in that set, and if I'm honest, after having used that, nothing quite compares, and the real techniques brush didn't give me the same high level finish. I think if you're looking for a brush to blend out colour from the lid to brow line, it would be perfect, but it doesn't give a precise or intense colour finish.
So, my review? They're worth it. At the original retail price of £65, they're not cheap, but if you can get them on offer, they're totally worth it. Not only do they all apply beautifully, they look divine, the handles are a great weight for precise makeup application and the shape of the brushes is very aesthetically pleasing.
If you can get your hands on these brushes for a reasonable price, I'd say 100% do it; you won't regret it.

If you love these brushes too or liked this post, please let me know. I'd love to hear your verdict!
